I need some help on how heat transfer is used to dissipate heat

Ive got the following headings to fill.

Conduction (help explain how this work)

Radiation

Convection


If anyone could lend and hand and help explain these areas i would be extremely greatfull. (Its stuff i need good answers too as its to get into college and im having a mind blank so any help gets lots of karma cookies).
