Ok well I got home this morning from my girlfriends really excited with the knowledge that I will be going to pick up my new bike in a couple of hours.

I went on ebikes website to make a change to my policy (add the hornet). I get to the final "quote" screen and it says I haven't entered my registration number.

However I have.

I did this same process before so I knew how much it would cost and it recognised the plate fine, and I could have gone through with it.

This morning the website seems fooked.

I'm really angry at them as they are internet based so why on earth wouldn't they make sure you were able to use their website trouble free?!

I know I left it to the last minute but it gets billed to my dads account and this was his day off work so I waited.

So I gotta wait for ebike to sort their shit out before I can pick up the bike.

Thumbs Down

Stop spitting your dummy out it'll be sorted shortly.

No-ones site stays up 24/7 without ever experiencing a problem, sit on your hands for a couple of hours and then have another go.

(Would it be mean to say I added a bike to my eBike policy in a couple of minutes on Wednesday!)

i used to find ebike (ecar and evan) really good but after 2 years there prices seemed to go silly, £1500 for the zx10r (£350 elsewhere), £800 for my van (£300ish elsewhere) and £950ish for the car (£210 elsewhere),

Ring them to find out if there really is a problem, or whether you're just retarded. Thumbs Up
