Just went through town for a ride and a biker was about 10 seconds behind me and came my way through town and then, bang a car pulled out and hit him, not sure what bike it was, I know it was a cruiser though.
Scared me.

Bit of a scary time really. The weather's looking up, lots of bikes out on the roads, some of them ridden perhaps by people who haven't ridden for a few months over the winter and need time to adjust to the driving habits of the Great British Motorist. Confused

From what you have said there is no doubt the car driver was reckless and dangerous.

Good riding should help you spot these hazards, and like any other skill it gets rusty when not in use.

Even so the biker will come off worse in most cases
Pays to be vigilant and treat them all like idiots.

True but the car that pulled out was pretty hidden behind other cars on the road.

And also need to be aware that they have checked that every thing on the bike is in tip top working order as well.

Hope the guy is Ok.
