Spent a large amount riding, much sunnier yesterday but today was nice too.

Doing some twisties I thought, 'this feels a bit vague', the rear was doing whatever the fuck it liked, pulled over and the tyre was squeezable. Rode slowly to a garage, and it was at 4 psi Shocked

Fun times.

Superb rideout today. Even got my steering damper flapping.

I was in such a good mood I accidently bought another bike before pub lunch in my local's beer garden.

Roll on spring.

Popped over to On Yer Bike by Aylesbury with my old man, bit of a crap ride up there cos of fairly harsh winds but the ride back down wasn't too bad.

Yeah I had a nice day, the roads had been getting cleaner and grippier all week and today was quite warm.

Beatnck2 and his brother Jay81 popped over to mine in Gloucester, Jay rode my V-Strom around the estate and I rode his GSXR750

Then we popped to the local Honda dealer to look at second-hand bikes and I bought a new mid-layer top.

Then via the A38, we visited the Cheltenham Yamaha dealer and Hein Gericke, and then finally a little blatt cross-country parting company half-way home.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and my tyres (BT020/021) just keep getting better and better. Mr. Green

Have spent pretty much the whole of the last week out on me bike....
Love it even more now there is decent weather to be had and dry roads.

Did the
Torquay->Shaldon->Teignmouth->Dawlish->Powerham->Exminster->Exeter->Bridge m/c store and back all again....but with literally no traffic [the first time]

Was so good thought I would do it again with a friend when I got the invite in the afternoon.
But not lucky enough had loads of good ol' tourists about and double the idiots for good measure. Thumbs Up

My rear tyre is now run in and those chicken strips narrowing up nicely! Cool

I was ill and i was so jealous after seeing a few blades tearing arse out of loughborough market square! That and a 1098S with termis! That said, I did go on a hoon this morning with my housemate on the back - long way round to campus (800m journey made into a 3 mile blast because i decided to use the back roads and the opposite entrance to uni!). I went riding on thrusday instead when there was less of a chance of getting pulled by plod and certainly less traffic!

Had a great run out, did some B roads around Macclesfield & Poynton, followed a GS650 for abit, he split off towards Buxton and i made my way from Whaley Bridge to Rainow, roads were very rideable. Decided to carry on upto the Cat n Fiddle, only messed up on two corners but wasn't pushing it so no big drama. Pretty busy with lots of eye candy in the car park. Too cold to stand about so had a quick harry rag and chatted to a young couple and an R1 rider from Sale.
Gotta say my bike looked totally out of place, so i hid it abit.
Was ready for the off but a beardy chap on a Duc 916 was up for a natter, made my excuses and set off.
Great run back down the hill, some real grinning overtakes esp the line of 5 cars approaching the left hander with me sweeping around the outside (wheres a film crew when yer need 1)
Like all good things it came to an end shortly after the setter dog pub, too many bunched up cars and me not having enough oomph or clear vision for overtakes.
Got home and checked the tyres, warm and now only a 10cm strip left Thumbs Up
Very happy boy...was hoping to repeat 2moro but forecast is getting worse, will have a ride-out anyways..

I reckon it varies, I posted in a thread the other night and it said 12:06 but I didn't leave the club until 2:30.

I have spent the last few days not even fixing my bike (which I don't mind most of the time) but looking for anyone in oxfordshire who owns a plug socket as I have mislaid mine and all I need to do to get it going is clean the plug!.
