Seems Durham Uni tried getting nasty with students with cars:-

I think Oxford Uni is like that - ie if your in the hals etc you ain't allowed a car. Confused

Most unis won't allow you to take a car if you are living in the halls, purely down to the amount of parking space they have.

Yeah university of nottingham won't allow cars, but bikes are allowed as long as there 150cc or less, Which is a bit of strange rule if you ask me as what difference does the size of engine make? Rolling Eyes

Just put a deposit down on an SV650s which will still be with me at uni and i doubt anyone will say anything.
