Go back 50 years and it happened all before! When we went from 405 lines to 625 lines we went high def! Half as much resolution again with the promise of COLOUR! Wow!

Even if they quadrupled the highest resolution available now, it'll still be the same old shite being transmitted, and I get as much enjoyment playing a game at 256x192 on the DS Lite as I do at 1600x1200 on the PC, so it's all just a willy waving numbers game.

I converted my TV to HD,i turned the brightness,contrast and colour up a bit and moved my sofa a foot nearer, Thumbs Up
