Help appreciated with choosing my crash bungs.
Any one know what make, model, price and how decent the look on it.?

Looking for ones that are relitivly big. seen some in demon tweeks the r and g ones.

r and g do a heavy duty pair but there pricey

BSD do a pair that are a bit cheaper than the R&G bungs and IMO superior and the bolts are made of slightly softer steel and are therefore less likely to snap the lower engine case on the Hornet like the R&G ones can.

Make sure you order the Race set from the BSD site if you want maximum protection.

If you can it's a good idea, if you have a torque wrench, i think they are easy to fit yourself. Just a case of removing a bolt and attaching the bung with its replacement bolt. Thumbs Up

Get them fitted as soon as you can, I fitted mine to my Hornet on the Friday and dropped the bike on the Sunday!

I've got the BSD bungs fitted and they worked a treat although it was at slow speed.

Race bungs are about double the size in diameter. Thumbs Up

Race bungs are about 8cm in diameter, whereas the road ones are about 4cm. Thumbs Up

R&G sell two kinds as well.
