https://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/rmu417-ring-12v-35-35w-ba20d-halogen-headlamp-upgrades-395-std-pr-17093.html

Or has anyone tried them.

Never heard of the bulb company called "Ring", but i upgraded the bulb in my bike from standard to a Philips X-treme power, and fck me, made a huge difference! If it's only a few qui, give ago, not got alot to lose.

hi,
seen loads of "RING" bulbs, fitted to both cars & bikes as oem.
any of the xx% more power bulbs should make a difference, like the halfrauds 50% more "bright" or the osram nightbreakers.
cheers,
GAZ
edit - that is exactly the same bulb i had fitted to the recent chinese pile of junk i recently had the "pleasure" to own & while it was a hell of a lot brighter than the standard,no-name chinese bulb that comes fitted as standard, i replaced it with some other bulb that was even better.
i will have a look & see if i can find the packaging or the receipt (never throw anything away, me.) & let you know what it was.

FURTHER EDIT- i fitted 50w bulbs instead of the standard 35w, oops.
sure it was a bit brighter though, lol

Hi all
I finally bought one of these bulbs "Ring halogen" for my ybr and frig me it lights up road signs at 30m in daylight Shocked on low beam i then realised that it needed tilting down lol, but shit these are way more brighter and hopefully another small step in stopping a car from not seeing me Very Happy well worth the £5.
