my gs125s plastics are vibrating a lot, when i hit 40mph n 3rd gear there is a lot of vibration, and when i switch to 4th gear is gets quieter, until i reach say 50ish..then fades when i reach gear 5

im guessing its engine vibrations making the plastic on the front of the bike shake, then when i change gear it smooths out? any idea how I Can fix it?

i'm pretty sure all bikes will vibrate to a certain degree. If your positive its the plastics, tap them to see which ones are loose then simply get a screw driver and tighten them a little Wink

My mate had the same problem with his GS125 and we cured it by fitting rubber washers behind the fairing, you should be able to find some in a hardware or DIY shop or even make them yourself...should be easy to make from an old car floor mat or an old pair of welly boots or something similar! Smile

My GS vibrates like a "Rampant Rabbit"! It is 18 years old and my plastics are now held in place by trusty cable ties!
