So some firms have been putting notes against people in the industry and then selling them on. Whats your thoughts (especially any in the building trade!)?
For me ina perfect world I think it would be a good idea, if it was fair and down the middle then if you are an arsehole and shit at your job you would be labelled as a 'shit arsehole'. Unfortunately its open to abuse and plenty of innocents will be victimised

I don't generally agree with such things in that bosses and staff fall out (I've fallen out with 2 in the past 4 years) I left to put them out of their misery. But it didn't prevent them from black balling and telling all others in the industry how bad an employee I was (most of which was untrue).
But although karma doesn't exist , things can be tipped into action so that they get burnt badly. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die.
