Hi people.

After purchasing my Aerox less than 5 months ago, It's coming retirement age considering it's done nearly 9k Miles, everything standard.

But yeah, I went to Keep Biking today in Brackley and had a look at their Derbi's. I quite liked the Derbi GPR 50 Melossi but Saw the DRD 50 R which I think looks really nice.

If anyone could recommend a Derbi, Preferably offroad, i'd appreciate it.
The DRD pro 50 R is £2600, free registration + delivery.

(I'm after a Brand new one)

Thanks

Save money, buy a second-hand one, just as nice, and when it comes to buying a 125 you won't have lost so much money.

I'd say for a 50cc the senda's are great, quite quick and handle well, only other thing i'd recommend would be the cpi supermoto, but you want off-road.

Cheers, Decent DRD R's are pretty hard to come by though, and well, Atleast if you buy a new one you know it's not had a hard life. I don't really intend on selling it in the future either.

Cheers though

Honestly when you hit 17 you'll want a 125, then you'll want a bigger bike. Thumbs Up

You will sell the bike Razz

Unlucky, i knew someone 3 months ago selling a 06 drd for 1000.
Id personally stay with a ped, as the geared ones are even more high maintenance.

DRD Pro. Very Happy
Nah he might keep his Derbi and get a 125, but keep his Derbi for off-roading.

Whats wrong with the aerox? Years ago I had a Speedfight which had clocked up about 20,000km. Seriously, It seems cool at the time having a geared 50. But just wait it out on the aerox until you are 17 Bank the dosh, And get yourself a 2 stroke 125.

OR put the money towards your theory and restricted access.
