Egg Run

Don't know if this is the right place for this, but whatever.

SUNDAY 15th March is the date for this year's South Yorkshire Egg Run. Organised by HOC Three Shires' Branch, this event has raised £26,000 over the years. Mostly for Sheffield Children's Hospital.

We will be descending on the South Yorkshire Police Operations Complex, near Sheffield Airport, from 08.30. There will be a snack van and tea/coffee available on site, before we leave in convoy at 10.00 on the shortish ride to the Hospital

James Toseland will be there, as in previous years to chat and sign autographs, there may be some t-shirts available on the day, but they're going fast.

Many groups move on after a while on rideouts, the coast, Matlock, or whatever, just ask around and you'll be able to choose.

Thanks for looking, hope some can make it on the day, we have had 250 bikes on a good day, let's hope for another.

By the way, if you do come along, don't bring Easter eggs, just your spare cash

The Wirral Egg Run is on the 29th starts at 11 am from New Brighton with a ride to Clatterbridge Hospital. Last year there was about 7,000 bikes, this year they are looking at 10,000. Afterwards people ride to all sorts of places.
