Hey guys,

As you all can see im pretty new to the world of biking, and with that, all the terms that come with it!! By this i mean stuff like "scott-oiler" and "tail tidy" - is there a site anywhere that actually offers a brief explanation of what all these terms mean to a novice?? Karma for any help given Very Happy

and a tail tidy is a bikers name for a girls arse.

There was also one somebody off here made though where it is I have no idea oh the above don't cover scotoiler btw, A scotoiler is an overly expensive plastic tube that dispenses oil all over your chain opening a valve with the air take off from the carbs, unfortunately they tend to oil your tyres also.

I always thought that a scott oiler was a bloke called scott who oiled stuff and a tail tidy was something you used to fold your willy up when you ride. Laughing

A tail tidy is basically a replacement for the mudguard/indicator/brake light/license plate assembly so that it looks tidier. A lot of modern bikes have really horrible tail units out of production due to regulations so a lot of people swap them.

Thats because TMW is orientated to the North Americas, I had to explain "hoon" to another member over there last week.
