mines a diesel, the car that is and i get roughly 750 miles to a tank when i just drive sensibly which i think its pretty good.

think they are aloud to advertise it a point of a penny under the actual price, dont know why, its stupid.

i often slowly just put exactly a litre in my car first to see what price comes up on the pump, and its always rounded up,

spose they do it to catch your eye just like all the stuff you see in shops for 9.99 etc, which also should just be rounded to the pound then i wouldnt end up with a giant coke bottle full of fucking coppers

You get more than a litre when you get your litre. You will get something like 1.08lt . For your £5-5lts you will be getting somthing like 5.4ltrs.

The cheapest I have seen here is 98.9 pence a litre, but that entails driving a mile or two out of my way, so shopping round will defeat the object as I will use more fuel finding a cheap station.

Petrol prices mean nothing to me. I've never put over £3 in my bike. Even when I PUSH it to the petrol station because its empty. It takes around £2.70.

And I fill up once a week if I only use it for work and back.

I get moaned at alot though for putting under 2L in my bike. Apparently that's the minimum vend.

That's from when the reserve noise sounds to filling it right up. Give or take 20 miles each way. I have achieved 435 miles to a tank before.

Get about 64/65 MPG.
