I have Diamond Security ones, no complaints.
Chicken Hawk also got good recommendations when I asked about it, but I think they were about £300 or so. The Dia Sec ones are about £180.
Be careful of cheap ebay ones, some have been known to catch fire.
Usually the warmers come in a couple of sizes, but 160 section rears are rare on sports bikes, so I'm not sure what I'd recommend for them. ____________________ My Flickr |

I use 180 warmers on a 160 and its not a problem, if anything it helps keep the tyre walls/rim up to temp!!
Are you going to race or trackday?
If its race, then go for the best ones, but if it is trackday, the popular chepo ones will see you right ...
I have both expensive and cheap ones, the only real difference is the padding in the warmers, the expensive warmers heat quicker and retain the heat better ... but the cheapo ones are fine if you are just after some initial heat!! ____________________ The purpose of life is to fight maturity. |

I've used the motogp branded ones for 2 seasons racing and haven't had any problems. They're a superbike size (160 I think) used on 125 size rims, and haven't melted or caught fire yet, keeps the brakes warm too.
What more can you say? they get my tyres hot and haven't broken yet ____________________ Poking death in the eye with a pointy stick then running away |
