VIN NO. & FRAME NO help

hello im trying to get my crappy ped (chinese import) fixed as its still under manufacturers warranty fixed.. there asking for the VIN NO. & FRAME NO ... is the VIN the registration plate number ? i dont no as i dont no anything about them and also there chinese so they dont speak properly lol

VIN stands for Vehicle Identification Number. There should be one somewhere on the frame and a different one somewhere on the engine. There should also be an ID plate somewhere (usually under the seat) with the frame number on. It is not the vehicle registration number (number plate)

The VIN is usually on the headstock and the engine number at the rear on the right.
