Convert TV-78 (KY4) to TV-78 (KBS) for the NSR 125

Hi.

Can anyone help me with converting my TV-78 (old type, KY4) so that it will go on a newer bike?

I know I need to cut the wires and replace them from my original one, but can someone help me with this?
