I lost a girlfriend in GTA IV after binning it on an NRG 900, and another dumped me after I took a potshot with my SMG at a car who cut us up while we were riding.

There's a website somewhere with the aftermath pictures, she got off fairly lightly although she will of course be scarred for life.

Something like that happened in 2007 on the M1.

Girl fell asleep or something and fell off the back, bf went to see and they both got killed.
Not very nice.
