A clutch causing a misfire? I have a feeling not, but might be mistaken. Don't know too much about these, but if it has a carb drain it just incase theres a little bit of water in it.

Try a fresh plug and maybe less choke.

New plug, clean carb and check fuel for water.

Use less choke and don't warm it up by leaving it idling, get on and ride it gently for a few miles.

Just try a new plug first and drain carb but would forget cleaning the carb as they don't get dirty like that unless left standing for a long time.
