I'm looking for a lid for my kids. Luckily they have roughly the same size heads, so one should do for them both, but, I can't find anywhere that has a good selection of them.

I'm also looking for leathers/textiles for them, had a bit more luck there, but would still like a bit more choice. Even better would be if anyone here has anything secondhand, seeing as they'll grow out of it within a matter of months anyway...

So, anyone know of anywhere that's particularly good for kitting out the little 'uns? Or has any kids kit for sale?

I know J&S used to stock a range of childrens helmets and good bits of kit.
I think they have an online store so check it out.

Not to pick Smile But if it was my child I would buy brand new which perfectly fitted them.

Go to a bike show. You'll definitely find something there.

I know Nitro do Junior helmets that are for midgets Thumbs Up

Latest copy of Ride Magazine has an article about kids safety gear, tbh I didn't read in detail but seems like it covers everything, they were looking more at all weather gear as opposed to leathers.

Might be worth picking up/borrowing a copy and taking a look?

I agree, brand new for the lid definitely, but not so important for the clothing, so long as it still protects them properly.
