You can understand, or at least I can, how this can happen. it can take a week or so to organise the man power, 10 officers for each raid, as you do not know what you will find at any of the addresses, so numbers seem ok, seven addresses, thats ok as he may have many places that he hides out, so that bit sounds ok, They went for dawn raids, or you would presume dawn raids. Now the guy was arrested the afternoon before, that could be late afternoon, the guy needs to be processed his details checked and recorded so it could be late evening before his details confirmed. The officers who arrested him may not have known about any raids, and why should they? there are probably plenty of operations going on with the need to know basis so why should this be different?.
So I can fully understand how and why this sort of thing can and does happen. Yes questions need to be asked about better information being at a touch of a button and being upto date but hindsight is always in 20/20 vision. .

As for a waste of time and man power, how many of us have been burgled or had our cars/bikes stolen and want to know what the police are doing about it? Well it shows, to me, that they are trying to organise going after Mr Big and not just running around after the small fry. just sometimes the timing is out.

Yea man you got a point, could of been a high risk arrest due to the cunts attitude and the company he keeps..was just the visualization of all those doors going through at once followed by lots of screaming
