You're right though, not causing any harm to anyone, just giving himself a lot more room rather than filtering close to the traffic. Maybe more councils will adopt bikes in bus lanes if London works out fine. Although if most cyclist have their way it wont!

I was wondering while watching this video, the tax disc on my scooter/moped says its a bicycle as its 50cc. Therefore by riding in bike/bus lanes i wouldn't be breaking the law?
