Just wondering has BCF ever had key-Rings made.I used to have MCN and i would love a BCF on with me bike keys

Not to sure who owns this site (or is it the peoples) ,but it would be a great money spinner...It could pay for something even give money to charity stick in the papers more members etc

BCF isn't a club.

A while back it was overloading the server just running the way it is at the moment. More members is great and all if you are running a business, Korn isn't. (well I presume the money he makes from the miniscule ads pays for the server stuff)

Still, a BCF keyring would be pretty sweet. Especially if your username was printed on the back or something.

keyrings FTW Thumbs Up Karma

ADVrider.com do a set of stickers, which are quite cool - they're just like the normal GB stickers that you get on cars: the plain white ovals with the block text. It's not uber-bling, but it's kinda nice.

There was someone who did stickers a while back. I'd get a BCF keyring if it was made Thumbs Up Trouble is there aren't that many regular members, so I doubt the expense of making the keyring would be worth it for the quantity that would be sold.

I would buy a couple, if they were priced 2 for a £1 loop ones with the BCF logo and URL (for example)

I've got one of those on my keys at the moment, but just some random plumbing supplies. Wouldn't be too expensive to make...

Make your own if you want to feel special.

But for God's sake leave the url off, last thing we need is new members.

Cafepress type thing? Would mean not getting them made up in bulk so you wouldn't lose out on unsold stock. Don't think many people would buy them as it isn't some secret club. Though a small sticker somewhere on your bike might be cool as other BCFers could notice your bike parked up, take a photopicture on their phone and post on BCF along the lines of "LOL saw your bike mate NSFW pics(I put my cock on your grips)"
But what would I know, I'm a noob etc.

i like the idea

got to give a little to get a little

i could imagine it included in like a 'membership pack'

but then how many people would actually pay for a membership?

(i can feel a pole coming on Wink )

and tomorrow adverts in mcn Razz

what do you have to do to make an 'offical' membership club type thing then?

*Sigh*

The first rule of bike chat forums is that you do not talk about bike chat forums....

Even with Korn's recent mods the server is getting bogged down , especially with the visor down refugees.

Paid membership to an online forum? F*ck that right off.

It's not and never has been a club. Forums and clubs are different things. Thumbs Up

Try This

Create your own and be unique, and not a sheep Laughing

Plenty of other places do same stuff.

Sell them with the proceeds towards the cost of running the place? I bought a Briskoda.net window sticker to thank them for all the money they saved fixing my car.

Didn't someone try this with armbands a couple of years ago, I remember thinking that was a bad idea, but this, I cant see the point in it.

Who honestly goes around looking at other peoples key rings?

Here you go, I'll submit a design for you.

(Its not very good as I did it in Paint, but you get the concept:)

Wink

What all these esteemed members are forgetting is that Korn runs BCF, and Korn is not interested in BCF any more. He fixes the server issues because people nag him about it and that is all.

I'd rather stick with my T shirts thanks, and keep BCF as a haven that will hopefully never end up like Visordown!
