Asking more than once wont get you an answer quicker.

Hi

Possible using the bits from other Yamahas using the same engine but with an electric start, but not really worthwhile and likely to be expensive.

All the best

It may be possible, but will be expensive as you will have to get a starter motor, internal components , starter relay, switch cluster/button and all the hastle of wiring it up.

The first thing to check is that the ring gear for starting is on the flywheel. If not, forget about it.
As i recall (5 years since i've looked at a tzr) the starter motor hole is blanked off, but the recess and mounting holes are still there. In this case you just have to pop the blank out and bolt in the starter motor.
All the work is from the outside, so the engine doesn't have to be dismantled.

Wiring up the electrics would be a problem. If you really want to do it, i would connect it directly to the battery via a push-button switch mounted on the frame or something, rather than trying to splice back in to the electrical system. Would save a lot of hassle.

It can be done on lots of bikes, so if the gear and recess are there go for it Karma
