As I'm moving out of my 80GB iPod and into my 8GB iPhone, I've been trimming some of the junk out that I've never played. Since I really only carried my K800i with about 600Mb of music on it, I started wondering about how much of your collection do you carry around with you? I'm thinking more of MP3 players and phones, rather than laptops and external drives, and actual size rather than total capacity Smile

[edit] Bugger, it seems the "Over 64GB" option went for a burton. Any mods out there who can do the honours?

I put down 4 gig.

I have the 8gig Iphone but have stuff all music on it as I tend not to listen to music on the go as such.
So it's all down to the 4gig card on my gps(zumo) on the bike which has a card in it.

Gets bloody hard picking out songs to put on from about 60 odd gig of music on the pc and most times I just can't be assed to go thru them.

8 gig card in a w580i. Use around 2. something gig at the mo for music. Got a quite a few CD's on there though. I don't see the point in having all my tunes on it.

I have 2gb in my phone and a couple of cheap 2gb MP3 players (with expensive headphones.)

I have about 15gb of music on my hard drive but I don't want all of it on me.

When a 4gb MP3 player comes avaialble for cheap I will go for that. It's enough.

80gb ipod in the car, nearly full. That's got pretty much all my music on it plus a chunk of podcasts of radio shows. It just lives in the glovebox and means whatever I fancy listening to, I've got.

8gb ipod as my 'walkman' which is usually pretty full. Probably listen to no more than 20% of it at any time, but all my favourites are on there to cater for different moods.

I've also got an 8gb card in my Zumo, it's nowhere near full at the moment but I'll pretty much duplicate whats on my ipod the next time I'm going anywhere.

Basically I'm a chronic track skipper. I don't always know what I want to listen to, but I know what I don't so everything stays on shuffle and I just skip what isn't doing it for me at that moment.

I have an old Ipod mini 6gb, it was full but I got rid of some of the crap and now have 4.5gb of music.
The only time I listen to it is if I catch a train, which is probably only a couple of times a year.

512MB Walkman.

I have 64mb on my K750i.

I tend to just listen to the radio anyway, it's better than my music collection.

16GB touch, with about 2GB of classic stuff that's always on there, topped up by just telling mediamonkey to "fill it up with random shit"
