On my way home from work this morning when I saw these mud guard plates on the back of a lorry which amused me. Wonder if they are specifically aimed at us bikers??

Agree - cyclists. Although I've seen the odd insane biker have a go up the inside of lorries when walking through London.

Saw a guy on a scooter in a suit the other day try up the inside of a lorry that had indicated early, had a "warning, this vehiclle is turning left" voice alert and was clearly positioning himself in the road to do so and yet he still blurted up the inside whilst everyone else sat back and waited for the screams. How he got away with it is beyond me because I wasn't going to look and watch him get squished Rolling Eyes

All too true, I sometimes undertake lorries on the motorway if my lane is turning off but I certainly dont hang around in their blindspot to see what happens. Also dodgy when you get fast-laners cutting across all lanes to catch the junction and you happen to pop out from behind the truck. Laughing

I had a micra go up my inside on a wideish A road when driving a tractor once. He'd been up my arse for about a minute, I indicated left for an obvious field entrance then swung it onto the right hand side of the road to pull in (huge 14T tri-axle trailer) quick mirror check that he's behaving and he shoots up my left inches from my front wheel Confused

Fucking idiots on the road
