Hey all,
I was wanting to know if anybody can help me on how to de-restrict a Rieju RS2. Im buying one soon thats restricted, so i need to un-restrict it Very Happy
I've read a little bit about the restrictor being in the exhaust, and would really like it to go that extra 20 odd mph. I think that some dealers can do it, im in the Cardiff, South wales area.
If anybody can give me some information on how to do this i'd be very thankful. Smile

Thanks all,
Eifion

like most two smokes it probably restricted throught the exhaust, you will need to buy a "sports/racing racing" exhaust.
After doing this, you will more than likely need to up jet your carb, then might need to change the air filter. To get the right amount of fule and air going into your engine.
Its always worth changing the gearing once de restricted to get the most out of the more power you'll have. Going bigger on the front and smaller on the back, you may want to play around with the gearing to get the best mix, plenty of speed without lacking in power for hills etc. And slow speed of the mark.
Thats the kind of typical mods people do with a 50cc bike, without pushing the boat out for a big bore kit and other "sports" engine parts, crank etc.

www.adrenalinpedstop.com . . A ped boys heaven

Cool
