Right click then delete, then empty your recycle bin. . . . or drag and drop to recycle bin then empty it. Confused

I've noted that occasionally windows will restore these folders if a program that requires them searches for them.

Don't be stupid.

These are files that recreate every time windows is restarted.

They annoy me.

nb: that.s bad English. I mean "files which are recreated when..."

Right click/Properties and select Hidden.

No idea if it will work. But if you are not using the folders why worry about them.

Why do you want to get rid of them?

They keep appearing because that's the default place for windows to put any pics, music etc. you download.

I have a program call gipo move on boot. Deletes the files properly when you boot up. You set which folders to delete, then restart and it will permanently remove them.

select hidden its the only way. then 'tools' > 'folder options' > view tab > check do not show hidden files.

It's also a geat way of hiding porn from the cunning other half Very Happy combine this method with invisible icons for extra effect, just hope you have a good memory...

Why would you want to delete them, when you could just fill them with porn?
