Omg iv just come back from a 50mile ride out at night! The head light on the XR125L3 Rocks! Its really really good you can see the road really well!

So impressed with the lights on the XR. its much much better then the CG. I used to avoid going out at night due to the crappy light on the CG.

The light is even better then the ones on my old NSR and that had 2 of them!

very very impressed! I love random ride outs!

tbh i like night riding. good at like 3am and theres no focker around (apart from a few boy racers). Also i feel safer at night because i just slap my main beam on all the time so people can see me! and hopefuly dont pull out on me.
Iv never once had anyone pull out on me in the dark and have had countless people do it to me during day. Thats how i write off my first RS50.

i like riding at night around my area because it is windy country lanes, and through all the hedges and things you can see what is coming perfectly.
In the day its awfull, its so dangerous as you cant see things round the bends till the last minute..

I love riding at night, one of my best biking memory's was chasing my mates through some back road and up a hill, nothing but moon light and bike head lights to illuminate.

As they took off out the bend and up the hill I turned to look, it was so damn awesome just the way our lights were cutting through the dark.

Also its a good time to hoon Mr. Green

never a truer word spoken Thumbs Up

remember riding on a pitch black night in the early nineties on my gsxr11 which had superb lights.
i stopped for a leak and as i couldn't see down with my helmet on i suddenly found my self at the bottom of a deep ditch Laughing

all good fun.

as for best lights on a bike my blackbird was the best ever and would think hard to beat without getting H.I.D

Yep great, leave your main beam on all the time so people are blinded - not likely to make them crash at all, is it. At the very least it will really piss them off. At least you're alright though Rolling Eyes Thumbs Down

Thumbs Up Have to agree strongly with this. With the height of a bikes light compared to most cars, having full beam on will fry their retinas for them. It is neither safe nor clever to ride around at night with full beam on although strangely that is what i was taught on my CBT, main beam all the time.
