10th - 13th April in 'Emmerdale' country - round the corner from the old site, Nr Bramhope, Leeds LS16.

£18 on the gate, bike show, bands, marquee bars, food, trade stalls, foam cannon.

I met the Leeds Lions,in 2005 when I did the national rally for the first time,
They were stationed outside a pub, marking our cards, and were giving away chocolate Lion bars, which I thought were just right
I am the one with the saltire helmet on there website in 2005.
Nice bunch of girls and guys, gave us tea and a bun, to keep us going.

The Lions are lovely, they run a very well organised rally.

Weekend was good but tiring, think I'm getting too old to sleep in a field for four consecutive nights!!!

Got a few photos, was a bit hungover at times and busy working at other time so didn't have much opportunity to wander.

Sunday night's headliner band were quite good, classic rock and metal and a good atmosphere in the beer tent (btw - £1.75 a pint - greedy rally organisers should take note cough*ripoffBulldogBash*cough).
