.) 4 the 1st 300 niles it says 'no more than 5,000rpm' is it ok for me to stay around 4.8-9k when riding?
.) i've gone upto 6k once or twice for a second when shiftin cos i pulled clutch b4 throttle, will me engine b ok?
.) is it ok to accelerate quickly and shift up quickly when i need to get my speed up?
.) is it ok to stay around the same revs for around a minute b4 change to prevent the piston from glazing? (what amount of time on same revs would you recommend??

Remember to only use mineral or semi-synthetic oil when renning in a bike, fully syntehtic does something bad to the engine in the running in period (can't remember what though). The always warn about this in Bike and Ride magazines. |
