stebel nautilus wiring problem

Ive finally fitted my nautilus compact to the gpz today, I tested it before on a spare car battery and it functioned perfectly, still deafeningly loud.

My problem is, it sounds crap on the bike. Ive used a relay and have a fully charged battery, but even with the engine running it sounds weedy, and makes a 'phhhhhr' noise, almost as if the compressor isnt getting up to speed.


what is causing this?

You have wired it right haven't you? I've heard they suck instead of blow when done wrong?

left horn = Stock (standard, as originally fitted).

Had another play, defened myself again when I got the wiring right.


map, do you have all those horns wired up on one bike?!? That must be phenomenal, and quite battery killing. Laughing
