Great first trackday, very easy circuit to learn. My local forum have booked the entire day so its also an incredibly friendly atmosphere.
Smaller bikes also get on quite well here since the straights aren't very long, think I saw about 90 or so on my diversion last year.
Don't noise test, can do this on a restricted lisence, campsite or B&b just rounds the corner.

ooo just seen this...i did llandow on my b/f R1 last year, was thinking of doing it agin and taking my friend as she wants to have a go and like you say ideal 1st track day for her.

i'll check it out
