Virtually all electricals you buy here that run off a power adaptor be it inline or one built into the plug are designed to run off 110-240v so with the correct plug adaptor they'll just plug straight into a US mains socket. The power adaptor on the equipment will always specifiy what voltage range it works with.
It's just stuff that runs directly off mains with no adaptor that will not work like TVs,and some Hifi kit etc, even desktop PCs will work if they have a 110v/240v switch on the PSU which they always used to. When I went to Canada I found it incredibly amusing that my gf at the time had brought her hairdryer with her....needless to say it didn't work very well |
