hello i got offered the other day a cagiva mito for 1992 7 gears model and it had a full engine rebuild but the person ran the engine in properlyy but its been sitting for at least a year and it wont start could it be siezed or could it need a new battery and sparkplug and what would i have to change for it to pass it m.o.t like chain sprockets brake pads lights indercators wheel bearing.cheerz.
