Warning lights

I guess this question is aimed at someone who has built a custom, rat or streetfigher, and had it MOTed,

Do you have to have warning lights on the bike?
If so do they have to be specifc colours, green=neutral etc and which ones must you have?
Do they have to be labelled?

You need and indicator warning light if you cant see the indicators are on, a high beam warning even if you can see its on, and the rest are optional.
