This was delivered earlier.

Need to bust out the Autsol to sort out that god aweful can. Not even sure if I'm keeping it to be honest. If anyone with an 03-04 ZX6R/ ZX6RR wants to make me an offer on I may be tempted.

It's stainless headers with a Titanium can.

Don't think they made a full Ti system. Confused

Because it's a japanese system there's also no race use only markings Very Happy .

It cost me £700.

I'm finding the Zx6 an awesome machine, just got some new Corsa IIIs on it, and R&Gs, going to book a trackday soon. Thumbs Up

I was tempted by a Racefit, but they are far too loud. It makes it impossible to do trackdays. The Moriwaki is 103dB, but I'm not sure how that was tested. i.e. a Max revs, ACU style, or a 3/4 of max revs.

I wanna do some trackdays soon but there's a few things I'd like to do to the bike first like some new Tyres , wanna source some scrubs from someone , pref some metzler race tec s, ( I think there called that ) need a power commander, new chain and sprockets, a steering damper and def need to get the suspension set up soon as it's shit!

Quite a pricey list.

I'm sure they do a full titanium , I see it pop up on eBay every now and then as no one buys it!

Pics of the system fitted please...

Mainly because I'm not sure how long I'll be keeping the bike for, so I don't know if it's worth putting it on or selling it. Wink

I could probably get back pretty much what I paid for it I expect.

ha, why are you so impressed by a weld done by a machine?
if it was done by hand, then it might be impressive.

Because it was indirectly made by a man with very slitty eyes in Japan. It's a great achievement that mister slitty eyed moriwaki man could even see properly when he made robotochan; the creature that made the welds.

It looks like a tidy, well crafted piece of work... I say stick it on. As I keep saying, you don't put on a condom unless you want to fuck.. In your case, you don't buy a can unless you want your bike to look and sound bling. Don't get me wrong but the standard ZX6R zorsts are as big as dustbins! That heat treated titanium looks bling too.

Did u purchase it directly from moriwaki or from some random dealer? I remember graham got his Arata for about half price considering that they retail for £1.2k so I suppose £700 for a reasonably well respected aftermarket parts company is good going.

No it doesn't. Razz

I bought it from the UK moriwaki importer, so it's the last new one in the UK. They don't make them anymore, as Moriwaki only make for current year race bikes and the japanese market.

I vote bets. The closest to guessing how much ham makes or loses gets to keep the extra profit OR has to pay the difference to Ham if he loses.

Its a double edged sword competition Cool
