Exactly one hour ago now. Busy chatting with wife, and heard my Yamaha XT350 alarm going. Ran outside and there the fucker was busy with my bike, I made a racket and the asshole ran away, got into a light blue Ford Focus, and sped off. Unfortunately I couldn't get any registration number. I called the police, they took almost twenty minutes to arrive.
Today is the first cold and rainy day in weeks. Seems this was planned for some time, and they waited for this kind of weather.
I went to the bike, and the ignition is smashed in. The steering was and still is locked. It is just two weeks ago that I installed the alarms into my bike and my wife's bike.
Well, I have my .22 rifle ready. Next time I shoot his balls out. I can sit in jail for that I don't give a fuck.
May all bike thieves burn in hell. ____________________ Born to fish, forced to work

I could not get any registration number. I am staying on the third floor of the building, and the car was parked a little distance away, just out of reading distance. I won't bother beating him up. He was way ahead of me, by the time I reached the bottom, they had already sped away.
I have 10 rounds of .22 loaded in my rifle. Next time I blow brains out. Period.
Our police is not too hot. They will probably have an eye out for the car, but cannot do much. The area I am staying in is filled with drug dealers, prostitutes and the like, and it attracts the scum from all over the area. Luckily the police intelligence are having an eye over them, but how effectively I can just guess.
At the bike shop I got an ignition switch for ZAR285.00 (approx. US$28.00), which I think was not too bad. People in the area spotted a white Isuzu LDV with about three coloreds on, and it was a white guy who smashed the ignition and made the getaway in the Ford Fiesta (not a Focus as I said before).
I reported the case at the police today. I don't think they will come back to me. Their hands are tied with all the crime in the area. ____________________ Born to fish, forced to work

I truely understand how you feel. I've got my bike stolen just outside of my house while i am sleeping at night. Are you and your wife's bike chained together?
If not, better be. 2 guys, 1 van, bike gone in 30 seconds.
it's a good thing that your bike has an alarm.
I'm just thinking, we buy something nice for ourselves, but, on the other way, now i always worry that my bike will be stolen.
People living in london, with no back garden or garage, just park the bikes on the side of the road. Quite risky, those chavs wait for you to nip out to the shops, then they'll steal your bike. BIKES THEIVES BURN IN HELL. ____________________ current toys: Skygo SG125-J 125cc stolen again 1992 Kawasaki GPZ500S (crashed damaged) 1996 Renault Clio 1.2 2005 CG125 project |
