New bike

Hi, i'm looking to take my big test in september, when I'm back from holiday. Just wondered what bike you lot would recommend.

Saying Cbr400/600 could mean a massive range in bikes.

What experience do you have at the mo?
What do you want to do with the bike?... commuting, playing, want to do some track days in the future? etc.

I've been riding since November, passed my cbt end of sept. Have a RS125 at the mo.

I don't think I'll want to do any track days on it, maybe get another bike with my bro and mates for that.

Most likely mainly for commuting if I get rid of the 125, if I don't then it'll be used as a weekender

OK a 400 would be a good choice but which one, also i've been looking at the rvf400.

It may be that it would be my everyday workhorse as I may need to sell the rs to buy it.
