NO not really.

But I did buy my misses a Suzuki GS 125 a couple of days ago so that she can practice for her test.

Id forgotten just how much fun you can have on a little bike...!
Shes hardly had chance to ride it because im always out playing with a stupid grin on my face.
It wheelies a treat and without fear of wrecking a grands worth of fairings.
And it just dosent even seem to matter that its flat out doing 55 mph.

The ZX6R dosent get a look in.

125's Rule. Very Happy

I remember the 2months, being overtaken, struggling up hills, not able to make 60 in national speed limit areas, no fuel gauge, no underseat storage, no side stand, fixed suspension, crap tyres.
People thinking I was a kid.

No thanks.

I'm in two minds whether to sell mine when I finally get round to upgrading, or just to house it in a shed for winter/commuting. It really is a cracking bike for what it cost me, and I just cant imagine 60mph being as much fun on a big bike. Thumbs Up

I had a 125 Intruder for 6 months before my test. Great bike. Would do 75 with a following wind and was so easy to handle, tons of storage, I filled it up once in a blue moon.

I am 16 stone and have the aerodynamics of a parachute!

Mine will cruise at 64ish in the speedo on the flat and more downhill and/or with a tailwind.

Exactly why I have BOTH the Blade and my RXS100.

Today I took the little bike and I haven't been on it since the cold and icy weather. It's like a different machine!

After the winter I was finding it hard to see the point of RXS. On cold, slippery commutes an old 500 would make more sense. However on warm sunny days when you can really chuck the 100 about it pays for itself in giggles.

I wouldn't give up the bigger bikes, but no harm in having a toy to bring back memories of learner shenanigans. The smell of a hot 2-smoke is hard to resist. Smile
