When the bike is coming towards you it's fucking loud.

Bike goes past you and you get the full roar of the screaming V4. You get it so much that your ears ring and give you a bit of a headache.

Phoenix motorcycles had to make a baffle for my can the other week cus it was too loud to get through the mot otherwise. Needless to say it was out before i'd even started the bike up to go home

The previous owner made a home made baffle, which... didn't do much. That was before the exhaust just destroyed itself. Wasn't as loud as this, but it was bloody loud. Probably in competition to yours.

But then the end baffle fell off halfway up the M6 to Scotland.

Met my grandad and he said he could hear me for 20 minutes while I tried finding his office. Had lunch, then later he follwoed me back to the bike as I started saying goodbyes.

I started it and it looked like he had a heart attack!

"Is it... safe?"

I seem to remember Jamie (jdloyalroyal) and his mum talking about whether my bike could be a low flying jet or me!

Doesn't stand a chance of being nearly as loud as Matt's. You need a exhaust that you can fit your fist in the whole way down to compete.

I didn't think it was that loud to begin with untill I tried to talk while standing next to it on tick over and had to shout.

Ciaran, basically my exhaust is... well... non-existant. Or at least was!

The only way it will compete (and probably win) is if you have no exhaust and run it from the downpipes and then go for a session. As that's what mine practically was!

I took the end can of mine to blow the baffle out.....think motogp bike 2 ft away...

My lil sis was in the back garden about 200ft away on a trampoline, she bolted off it and inside in fright

The can went back on pretty quick.

I know. Pretty sure everyone else knows. I jut don't think many people rode around like that for 5 months commuting to and from work, going for hoons and plodding along at 30 scaring the people in town centres

And yes it's a tiny little 400cc thing. And that was the point. A tiny little thing and it sounded like such a monster.

I'm not saying it's the loudest bike in the planet. Of course it isn't. But Pretty sure it was one of the loudest commuting bikes around.

Oh and it still had an end can. Sort of.
