Hi, I know this isn't really an area of expertise ona bike forum, but when I got home today I realised my back brake now acts as the electric start for my moped, normally you have to pull in the back brake to be able to use the electric start, so obviously it is part of the circuit, but now just pulling the brake will start the ped, and while going along if you pull the brake you can hear the starter motor turning!

I have no idea how this happened, it was fine this morning and this afternoon it's not- any ideas? Thanks guys!

-EDIT- just tried it again, the front brake also does it! (You normally hold either brake to use the starter) and there seems to be a clunking/rattling noise from the transmission/starter area of the bike
