Summin has gone wrong with my engine ... it was going fine then it just locked up solid .... took the head off, but I can't see anything wrong ... any ideas!?!? Laughing

asif something has been in the barrel and mashed into the top of your piston lol

bad luck fella that's the old 2 stroke revenge (bike version of hemorrhoids fooked ring)

had one do it to me once and high sided me exiting a very busy roundabout and all the car drivers just drove round me as i sat in the road (c***s)

I was thinking a bit of WD40 and I'd be away again! Very Happy

What colour powerband is it for more midrange BTW?? Thinking

As for the 'bits' its bits of the upper ring land and piston ring that has danced about!!

This is actually a Kart engine, it pinched up on the exit of a corner ... a bit precarious as I had my mate chasing me and they barely missed me!! Shocked

This is actually the 4th or 5th kart engine I have blown up!! Sad

2-strokes suck behind!!! Mr. Green

2 strokes are great if you know how to look after them Laughing Wink

Maybe it nipped up due to a lack of oil, broke a piece of piston off as the piston was going down which put the piece of piston on top of the piston, then when the piston came back up, it tried to compress the piece of piston and made a mess.
