Is my chain ok??

hey on my rieju matrix rs2 125cc my chain seems to be making all the areas around it really oiley and messy and there is alot of thick lumps on it, is this normal or sould my chain be lubricated but looking clean and shiny plaease help!!!

Sounds like it's never been cleaned properly. You should get the old wax/oil off before sticking new stuff on. Use an old rag first then a stiff brush. When you start to clean it off, try to avoid squashing the crud into the joints on the chain. Are you sure it's not "new chain time"

i hope its not new chain time thank you for that its a real help its only a 07 plate so i'm hoping it was just not cleaned properly thank you

If you use an O or X ring chain, you don't need as much lube so it doesn't make as much mess.
