Just wondering what cars ppl have raced and been beaten or won, only tell of the ones worth mentioning, so Lada's don't count Dodmaster hehe.

Tonight i raced a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, I only just got him after we both canned it off some traffic lights and i got into third gear then completly did him on the brakes on to a round about. If anyone knows it, it was the duelcarrigeway part of hull road just as u come in to york off the ring road.

P.s. no fibbin, i think most ppl can spot someone lying when they see it

i need soemthin bigger before i bother proper racin-its fun to have most cars off the lights, but 125's can only do that
after a little ride around on last tuesday, me and my mate on his nsr came back very embarassed after being whipped by a poxy 1 litre saxo-the driver(fair play) was doin about 105 along one of the coolest roads over here-we couldnt get above 95 coz it was a bit too bumpy-how sucky is that? altho he came up behin about 6 cars which we overtook-so we kinda won :D
any 400 on will drill almost any car off the mark-the problems are only thru bends if youre agianst a nicely lowered good handlin car
an rvf-is that what u have-will beat pretty much any car to about 90

No car ever beat my fully derestricted and modified nsr of the lights Smile granted it had no fairings, rear pegs removed (despite being a 2001) a standard sproket.....

top was 108 pushed to the hilt and hanging on for dear life!

THe only car that ever beat me recently was a BMW M3... and I was on my partially restricted NSR.

The only car that's come even slightly close to the acceleration of my zx is a Lotus Elige (the GT stylee one)... unfortunatley there was no room to overtake so I just stuck to his arse until a roundabout, where I got past him.

Just before I started taking my NSR RK (fully faired) apart for some restoration work...

I raced with friend on a CBR 250R (Hurricane - 96 model I think) down a straight stretch, fair start and beat him twice and he was in front on me just once (3 rounds ) Smile Although I picked up off the start a bit quicker than him.. noticed him catching up on me when he hits the powerband! I had accelerated upto 140KMH before I had to slow down to brake in time.

Also raced another friend in his starlet GT (turbo), was in front of him too! Hit speed of upto 140KMH!

Both were very close!!

Started working on the bike.. to find the air-filter had been sucked into the combustion chamber.. hehe.. no traces left!

i cant wait till i get my next bike(400/600 whatever) so i can get revenge on thate few things that have beaten me
there is a road near me im always on, and i have been beaten by a polo gti too-he overtook me as i was twaddlin alongat about 45 and my bike just hadnt enough to catch him when i buried it-ran about even
125's are great off the mark-but after 60 they suck, the saxo thing was really gay :x
a good mate of mine has an fzr250(same performance as cbr) and it quite easily has my rs and my mates nsr's off the line-altho from about 30 onwards its pretty much the same as my rs

Ive shocked some BMWs I dont claim that we were "racing" proper.... but they weren't expecting me to take off quicker than them and leave em! Heheheheheeheheehehe sooo much fun.

Slaughtered numerous novas..... you know the type, pull up in the right hand turning lane expecting to cut you up.... Beat them off the lights, annoy them! Very amusing.. (times I wish I had mirrors on my bike again to see theyre spotty faces contorted into a combination of surprise, anger and humiliation!)

Ooooooh I overtook a lotus Eleese! (Dodd, you know the story....stupid woman bimbling down the A5)

ITs when novas take on super bikes that i have to chuckle Smile week ago a nova was trying to race a fireblade and a daytona 955i, they let him get of the lights first waited around 3 seconds then both overtook at the same time Smile the fireblade on the inside the daytona on the outside and simply dissappeared into the distance

Well I sort of gave up tryin to race souped up cars round here because a few months ago I got done by a Civic TypeR Crying or Very sad......

but I've just had three races in three hours and won all three so I'm a happy bunny. First was an XR3i at the lights (I was pulling away at 70 Razz), second was a beaten up Sierra XR4x4 round a one-way system and third was a Saxo VTR which kept blocking my overtaking moves Evil or Very Mad

I'm not normally this eager to race!

Done a Boxter and loadsa little Nova's and XR2i's etc. Just ike Anna said, they pull up at the side of you, revving their engines. The big "I'm gonna cut you and your 'little' bike up now" grin on their faces.
I usually flip down the sun visor (on my Lazer helmet) for effect, wipe the stoopind grin off my own face, then watch for the amber.
The best place for me is on my way home from work, I live on a hill and there is a set of lights with 2 lanes right at the bottom. The losers always pull into the right hand lane, expecting to thrash me up the hill then cut in front as the 2 lanes join..... How wrong they are Twisted Evil
The powerband on my NSR makes 0-50 on a hill much easier than on flat. (Compared to a car at least). Then I slow it down and force them to brake at the top and get behind me Smile Fuuuuuun!!!!!!

Hi

Once had a Nova try to race me off the lights on the 1200 Bandit. Only noticed as I backed off at about 4000rpm to change up (only bimbling) and noticed the engine just behind me that was trying. Cracked the throttle open in second and disappeared

All the best
