decent roundabouts in the south east

ok, i'm basically looking for two roundabouts very close to each other which are fairly quiet at certain times of the day so that i can practice my cornering technique / possibly getting my knee down going from one to the other.

anywhere around lingfield, forest row, crawley, tunbridge wells will be ideal.

Theres two near lakeside in essex, one of them is alright, the other is a little iffy.

Not much point though, there must be some closer

What about the A21 at the right time of day? Up by the services, two roundabouts there.

Come join us on the south east ride's. Normally some decent roundabouts. Or just decent roads for it. If you want a little blast on one then get to the one at john's cross. It's perfect for it.

Ah, you're just down the road from me it seems, I'm over in Hever, by the Land rover garage.

Roundabout wise we're not that well off, Crawley is your best bet but they tend to be busy and the driving standard there is pretty poor.
However, decent twisty roads we're sorted for.

So very twisty slow blind stuff, try the road from Lingfield to Edenbridge- go through Lingfield then out past the racecourse, under the bridge with the traffic lights. You'll learn to ride fast and blind on that one.

For faster stuff with better visibility, ride the length of the A264 between East Grinstead and Tunbridge Wells, then back again.

I don't know what bike you're riding, but I've enjoyed these on everything from a 125 to a GPX750. To be fair, enjoyed is the right word for twisty roads and a GPX750. It would be more accurate to say I felt like I was going to die for 10 miles, then got home and sold the bike.

Theres a couple in Aveley in Essex that my other half uses for training. Two lovely sized roundabouts with a short straight road joining them..... But i guess that's a bit far from you too...
