HELP! Rim dammage.

As many supermoto's the chain is hitting my rim and causing abit of damage, im just wondering if anyone knows of a chain runner i can get hold of in the UK and not too expensive.

I may have to make my own, which im not too bothered about, but if i do, whats the best stuff to use? something like crash bobbin material, PTFE?
