Does anybody know if MOT inspectors make a big deal about missing rear reflectors on bikes?

I know it's listed in the requirements but does it actually mean anything in 'real life'.

Just asking as I've one due next month and don't want to get caught napping. Rolling Eyes

A small round one stuck on a bottom corner of the numberplate will do.

They usually just add one and charge you £1. Then you go home and rip it off. Laughing

Yes they do they fail if there isn't one fitted, that's why its a requirement even if it doesn't mean anything in real life. Wink

Well if you have fallen off and are laid under the bike on a dark country lane.... That reflector may just be the diffrence between a car seeing you in tine to stop or not.....
