From this video it looks Very, very twisty!

Has #anybody here ridden it?

Is there anywhere comparable over here? I can't think of anywhere quite as twisty for as far.

I don't know of much over here like that, if there is anything it's probably in Scotland. Closest thing I've seen is in Spain. The mountain roads around Macastre, where we stay when we're over for the Valencia GP are similar, and equally unforgiving with no run-off or visibility.

My local twisties brah.

Been up there loads the past 4 years.

Except this year I'm bikeless and ready to move back to the UK.

Its been over policed the passed 2-3 years.

Like 11 state troopers on it and its not even that long, bought a radar detector for the road specifically.

And anything like it in the UK, not really closest I found was in Wales.

What's the speed limit on that road?

I've been on roads in Scotland and Wales that are twisty, but not like that one.

Speed limit good question, I think its 35 or 45.

But who listens to that.

I've been to Vermont, which was similar, although in December & in a Dodge Grand Voyager it wasn't quite the same experience...

lol, it's the people man, some of the most ignorant assholes I have ever met, and with the economy the way it is I have been unable to get a job.

Its more fun in the UK anyways the cops are not dicks and you can get away from them cause they have rules, here the cops ignore the rules.

There was a cop chasing a biker in Florida here, got himself killed cause he should of stopped pursuit the bike was long gone but he carried on speeding and lost it.

The biker got done for murder......

Also they can legally knock you off a bike here. Laughing

Should of reversed on to some McDonald trays and put the hand brake on and drifted around corners.

I think Isle of Skye has a good steep twisted road taking you up towards the Old Man of Storr, I wish I stall had my photos of it

Snap me too, as I am coming back from California in mid/late May and I found that the cops here they love to fine you, as the county/city makes so much money from it. Also, they seem to go on a power trip from it. You are right about hard it is to get a job, because if you are not lawyer / cop or in the medical field or military then you are screwed. I don't know if you know this already US company's and I was told to my face on a few occassions that they DO NOT like faxing for employment references!

The freeways (motorways) around here diabolical with no tarmac surface but rather it's a raked cemented looking surface!
