4x4 taster experience days

My girlfriend just bought me one of those 4x4 experience days for my birthday. As far as I can make out it involves 'hands on tuition' with three other people, over an hour.

Anyone else done one? Obviously not expecting to do a huge amount of driving but what was it like?

I did one 4 or 5 years back in a Disco with 2 other people. Great laugh. Really shows you what 4x4 vehicles are capable of.

I done one with Activity Superstore earlier this year.. it was a good couple of hours, bit of boring "theory" and then onto driving.. did a fair bit of driving I guess, not a massive amount each but you're in the car be it passenger or driving for about an hour... I'm glad I done it, but wouldn't personally pay to do it again, excellent present though Learnt a bit and had some fun, also decided I don't enjoy off roading in 4x4's enough to wreck my L200
